Important USA Wholesale Update

With lots of changes happening, we have made some important updates to our USD wholesale pricing as well as our shipping policies.

At Koigu, we want your yarn to arrive safely, quickly, and without surprise customs charges. Please review the shipping information below for U.S. wholesale shopping. If you would like our new pricelist, please email orders@koigu.com

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–6 business days whenever possible.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or large promotions.

Shipping, Duties & Tariffs

Orders ship from Chatsworth, Ontario, Canada.
We use “Shipper Pays” for wholesale:
- All U.S. duties and tariffs are included in wholesale pricing.
- Shipping, handling & carrier fees are not included and will be added to your invoice at billing.
This ensures smooth customs clearance with no surprise fees at delivery.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping: 7–14 business days.
Expedited options available upon request.

Tracking details will be sent via email after shipment.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
